Junior Judo Classes Tuesday 6.00 - 7.00pm
Life skills on and off the mat.
Judo teaches children how to act calmly under stressful situations.
Judo does not encourage aggression, but cooperation and fair play. Even though it is a martial art and effective form of self defence, judo embeds certain values, such as respect, disipline and self control.
Judo encourages team working, problem solving and encourages fair play on and off the mat.
Mini Judo classes for 5-7 years
At our Mini Judo class, we believe in building strong foundations at a young age. Our classes are designed to introduce children to fundamental Judo techniques while also emphasising the importance of respect and teamwork. Alongside learning valuable martial arts skills, our students also gain confidence and learn life skills that can be applied on and off the mat. Our classes are held every Thursday at 5.15pm, and we offer a free trial lesson for all newcomers in Welwyn Garden City.
Junior Judo classes 8-12 years
Join us on Thursdays for fun and educational Junior Judo classes! We are located in Welwyn Garden City, just a short drive from Harpenden, Hatfield and St. Albans. Our experienced instructors are passionate about guiding children through the challenges and rewards of Judo. Not only will your child learn the technical skills of the sport, but they will also gain confidence, discipline, and respect.
